YMAA keeps the shipping costs as low as possible, and we're doing our best to maintain the fast, reliable and inexpensive shipping that you've come to expect.

  • UPS Next Day does not apply to rural locations, allow 2 days for delivery.

  • Signatures required for all UPS 2-Day and Overnight shipments. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

  • All freight charges are based on the weight as well as the insurance cost of the package.

  • YMAA Publication Center assumes NO LIABILITY for International Duties or for delays of International deliveries due to Customs delays. All International shipments will be insured.

  • We WILL SHIP according to the closest amount you have paid for shipping charges. Please DOUBLE CHECK.

  • Training gear (swords, sabers, and sai) can only be shipping to continental US addresses.

ORDER TRACKING

​​All orders are shipped with a shipping tracking code. And as soon as the package is shipped with USPS or UPS, you will received an email (on the email address entered during checkout) with its tracking code.

If you don't receive an email with the shipping tracking code after 48 to 72 hours of your order, then please contact our customer support at 1-800-669-8892 or 1-603-569-7988, Mon-Fri, 8:30AM to 4:30PM ET.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: DUTIES AND TAXES

Products delivered to international destinations may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, due to local legislation. Any additional charges incurred, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges will have to be paid by the recipient of the goods.

Some countries will require that duties and taxes are paid prior to the release of the goods. A customs broker may pay these charges to customs and then invoice them to the paying party along with brokerage fees and disbursement fees.

YMAA offers a variety of shipping methods to match your shipping time requirement.

You can choose from the extremely fast UPS Next Day delivery to a more economical USPS Super Saver.

SHIPPING PROBLEMS / EXCHANGES / RETURN AUTHORIZATION / REFUNDS

  • Download the Order Return Form.

  • Damages Due to Carrier: If you receive a shipment that contains damages because the boxes were “hurt,” please notify us immediately! (800) 669-8892. SAVE THE BOXES! because we might have to show the shipper before we can file a claim.

  • Damages Due to Packing: If you receive a shipment from us that was poorly packed, you can return the damaged products for an exchange or credit. Poorly Packed means that the carton arrived in good shape but the product inside was bent/broken/scratched due to them sliding around. Call (800) 669-8892 for instructions or you can use the RETURN EXCHANGE FORM found in your shipment. Refund for Domestic Post only. There is no credit issued until the products are received in the warehouse.

  • Misships & Shortages: When this happens, it is a problem for everyone. Please notify us within 30 days. Call 800 669-8892 or use the RETURN EXCHANGE FORM found in your shipment.

  • Lost Shipments: Domestic Customers: Orders shipped via UPS can be easily traced. Contact us and we will begin the search. Orders shipped via Post Office are more difficult to trace. Please allow an extra two weeks for lost Post Office shipments. They usually get delivered!
    International Customers: Please be patient, missing Post Office shipments have been known to arrive 3 weeks late! They usually get delivered!

  • Exchanges: Give us a call at (800) 669-8892 to request a Return Authorization Number for the exchange.

  • Return Authorization: Return Authorizations are annoying, but in order to keep track, they must be issued. To speed up the process, give us a call. (Or use the RETURN EXCHANGE FORM found in your shipment). Save the ORDER NUMBER! A Return Authorization will be issued only after the knowing the reason for the return (poorly packed/defective product/exchange). A credit will be issued when the product is received in our warehouse. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. All products returnable (in unused condition) for up to 30 days from time of receipt.   • Refunds processed in the form of a credit or check (US Dollars) within 5 days of receipt of your return package at our warehouse. Shipping charges are refunded for the following conditions only: Wrong item sent, damages due to carrier or faulty packing. Call (800) 669-8892 or follow the instructions on your invoice.
