Spotting Danger Before It Spots Your Kids: Teaching Situational Awareness to Keep Children Safe by Gary Quesenberry received a “Finalist” award in the Parenting & Family category of the 2021 Best Book Awards sponsored by American Book Fest.

According to Best Book Awards, this year’s contest yielded over 2,000 entries, which were narrowed down to 400 winners in 90 categories. This year’s contest represents a wide mix of books from a multitude of publishers throughout the United States. American Book Fest is in its 19th year and is an online publication providing coverage for books from mainstream and independent publishers to the world online community.
